Note- This paper consists of three Section A, B and C. Carefully read the instructions of each Section in solving the question paper. Candidates have to write their answers in the given answer-copy only. No separate answer-copy ( B Copy) will be provided.
नोट- इस प्रश्नपत्र में तीन खण्ड “अ”, “ब” और “स” हैं। प्रत्येक खण्ड में वर्णित निर्देशों का पालन करते हुए प्रश्नपत्र हल कीजिए ।अभ्यर्थियों को अपने उत्तर केवल दी गई उत्तर पुस्तिका में ही देना है। कोई अलग से उत्तर पुस्तिका (B कॉपी) उपलब्ध नहीं कराई जाएगी।
Section-A
खण्ड-अ
(Short Answer Type Questions)
(लघु-उत्तरीय प्रश्न)
Note- All questions are compulsory. Answer the following questions as short answer type questions. Each question carries 5 marks.
नोट- सभी प्रश्न अनिवार्य है। निम्नलिखित प्रश्नों के उत्तर लघु उत्तरीय प्रश्नों के रूप में दीजिए। प्रत्येक प्रश्न 5 अंकों का है।
1. (A) Explain the short note on Section 356.
अनुच्छेद 356 क्या है ?
(B) What is meaning of Pressure groups ?
दबाव समूह का क्या अर्थ है ?
(c) What is the importance of Political Parties in democracy ?
लोकतन्त्र में राजनीतिक दलों का महत्व बताइए।
(D) Challenges of Nation Building.
राष्ट्र निर्माण में चुनौतियाँ।
(E) Write about the difference of Pressure groups and Political Party.
दबाव समूह और राजनीतिक दल में अन्तर।
(F) ‘Discuss fundamental duties.
मौलिक कर्तव्यों की व्याख्या कीजिए।
(G) What do you mean by Judicial Review ?
न्यायिक पुनर्विलोकन से आपका क्या तात्पर्य है ?
(H) What do you mean by self government ?
स्थानीय स्वशासन का क्या अर्थ है ?
(I) Comment briefly on any one of the following:

नोट- प्रस्तुत खण्ड में चार दीर्घ उत्तरीय प्रश्न हैं जिनमें से एक प्रश्न करना अनिवार्य है। प्रत्येक प्रश्न 15 अंकों का है।
2. Write salient features of the Indian Constitution.
भारतीय संविधान की प्रमुख विशेषताएं लिखिए। (Or) अथवा
3. Analyse the emergency Power’s of India’s President.
भारत के राष्ट्रपति की संकट कालीन शक्तियों का विश्लेषण कीजिए। (Or)अथवा
4. Discuss the essential elements of Political Parties in democracy.
लोकतंत्र में राजनीतिक दलों के आवश्यक तत्वों की विवेचना कीजिए । (Or) अथवा
5. What is meant by corruption ? Describe its causes measures and effects.
भ्रष्टाचार का क्या अर्थ है ? इसके कारण, उपायों एवं दुष्प्रभावों का वर्णन कीजिए।
